Do I need my own WhatsApp Business number?

Yes — Chatwave connects to a WhatsApp Business number that belongs to you, verified through Meta. If you don't have one set up yet, we'll walk you through it.

Is Meta's messaging cost included in the plan?

No. Meta charges its own fees for certain WhatsApp conversations, billed separately by Meta. Chatwave's plans cover the inbox, team access, and support — not Meta's per-conversation charges.

Can more than one person reply from the same number?

Yes. Every teammate gets their own login, and you can always see who replied to which customer.

Is my customer data shared with other businesses on Chatwave?

No. Every business's contacts, conversations, and campaigns are kept completely separate, even though everyone runs on the same underlying platform.

Can I send bulk WhatsApp messages to my customer list?
